Once employment is determined, we will receive an amount up to 30% of the job seeker's annual wage as a referral fee.

The fee rate to be notified is the upper limit, and the actual fee will be exchanged with the recruiter in a separate application form, contract, etc.

 

Matters concerning the handling of recruiter information

Tatsuki Kido, the person in charge of employment placement, handles the information on job vacancies.

Recruiter information is limited to those pertaining to the employment placement business.

 

Matters concerning the handling of personal information

Personal information is handled by Tatsuki Kido, the person in charge of employment placement.

In the event of a request for disclosure of personal information from the person concerned, the handler will disclose the information without delay based on objective matters such as the person's qualifications and work experience based on the request. Furthermore, if there is a request for correction based on this, if the request is consistent with objective facts, we will make the correction without delay.

 

Matters concerning complaint handling

The person responsible for handling complaints is Tatsuki Kido, the Employment Placement Manager.

 

Matters concerning the refund system

We have a refund system.

If a job seeker is dismissed due to personal reasons or resigns for personal reasons within a certain period from the date of joining the company, a part of the referral fee received from the recruiter will be refunded.

 

Please pay workers' wages directly to workers in accordance with Article 24 of the Labor Standards Act.
